No, we the people have been half bribed and the other half robbed of true representation. Period.

Sally, you prove my point.... before Trumps victory in '24, maybe.... but his winning PROVED that our votes still matter. Anything less than that is admitting defeat. Me personally, I'm not scared to see things as they are.
We the people absolutely do have the power to make a difference.
If we the people make excuses and allow anything different, it's soley our fault.

We have the power to vote for whoever is put before us. Trump is a special case of an individual that broke through the system in place. He is the exception, not the rule.

What we have is usually the illusion of choice, with rare exception. Whether it’s the A side or the B side, it’s almost always the same record. Trump is an anomaly.

I voted for a substitute teacher over Mike Johnson in our last election. We need regular folks representing regular folks.
There is no excuse.

After the blatant fraud of the 2020 presidential election, I have serious doubts about the election results for many of these jackasses.

How’d that work out for you?

I agree we need regular people… but regular people don’t get the machine’s blessing- only the compromised or corruptible. On rare occasions that a regular person slips through, they don’t last long.

I’m not a black pill nihilist, btw, just very aware that regular people can’t get into positions of power.

You say there is no excuse… the machine doesn’t need an excuse anymore than it needs your blessing.

Reagan. What a joke. The guy that granted amnesty to 3 million illegals and forever turned California blue? That Reagan?
