Do servicemen receive checks after service? Or a wealth management plan? Give them a big check after service and let them make the most of themselves. With help from programs.
Why the hell should I care about systemic racism more than veterans.
Alotta people care more about a segment of the population that are entitled verse people who risk their lives for our country.

It's gonna take some time to undo the damage Biden did.

This started before Biden.
Think Obama.
MoT downvote away to show your love of Obama.

I mean, they get the GI Bill. If you're in long enough you get a pension. But most of them don't. It shouldn't be that way though. No veteran should ever face homelessness. It's a serious problem.

Ft "Lost in the Woods" is a pretty shitty Army post. Condolences.
Its a TRADOC installation so you're going to see a lot of raw recruits in various stages of basic. I'm not sure but there are still chemo and MP MOS AIT training there as well. Engineers as well maybe? Dont know now.

Chemical for sure. Let’s just say I don’t leave with a good feeling about the future of the army.

Its really is.
I always laughed at the Army Times polling of soldiers each year for best duty stations/installations.
I don't remember Leonard Wood not being in that bottom five. Not once.

They raking in disability for life, why would they want to change anything?

Not a good place. But I don't think anything can top Fort Polk for just absolute suck shittiness.

Who is? I'm damn sure not even though I should be. This is a myth, man. It's actually tough to get them to pay you out even if you have something serious happen to you.

Do a majority rake in disability for life?

Our best and brightest are not subjecting themselves to all the political BS
I don’t blame them

It's not a myth, it's widely publicized.
We spend MORE paying disabled Vets to work another job than China spends on it's total military. That sir, is how you lose world war III

The frick it ain't. I'm telling you from personal experience that it is not easy to be paid out for disability post service. I say this as someone who was eventually medically discharged after serving 5 years.

And THIS is because our military actually fights, genius.

JRTC rotations were tons of fun...
Is NTC at Irwin or JRTC at Polk better? I think the cantonment area at Polk was actually slightly better.
