Spot on.
I only browsed a little of the fake entities and money with an insane amount of money by their names. I did see the Carter Center. That is sad. So we finally see all the foundations/library's purpose. Clinton Global initiative fired up again.
They spend money like they will never ever get caught.

USAID gives all of these grants to NGO's that can bypass laws that a government agency can't. That is their get around.
