Nonsense. The original article that ran the claims has been taken down. Its been widely circulated since and his spokesperson now denies he said it. I would probably drop it there myself but he isn't the only one that has said it. Not the only one in the industry even.

This particular thread is about Facebook censoring the hashtag Save the Children.

Ok. Boared I will try to stick to your silly little subject. I do not believe in censorship of any form but I am a tad less upset about the censorship of stupidly which is what this is. The whole save the children crap is filled with unfounded and insane conspiracy crap. That is why they wrongly censored it.

I'm going to make my own off topic post now. To address the little nasty gram I just got from one of the mods. There should be a way for posters to address mod notes so this doesn't have to be said publicly, but I digress.
Moderator tells me that I'm "posting fake news all over the board from Twitter."
I challenge this claim. To the moderator or anyone else reading I invite you to go through my list of topics created. In the first page of threads, there are only two threads that source to Twitter and one of those threads is a statement from Epstein's victims lawyers regarding Donald Trump's alleged involvement in alleged sex abuse. Is that not considered a good enough source for this board? A statement from an attorney?
Only one thread came from a sketchy source in the first page of threads. The claim that I am spamming this board with fake Twitter news is false.
No offense or disrespect intended. I just wanted to set the record straight.

Yes, and we currently have a thread up talking about how awesome this board is because it's the best place to find good information. The number of threads I create don't matter. It's the quality of the information that matters.
Simply put, I am not spamming Twitter info. Most of my threads come from media outlets. But aside from that, what the frick is wrong with information from Twitter anyways? Every damn day people post stuff here brought over from Twitter.
Is Twitter no longer a valid source of communication? The president uses it constantly.
If I post something that is false I will own up to it. But this thread, for instance, is not fake. They censored the hashtag. Are we no longer allowed to discuss social media censorship? It's been a fairly hot topic lately.
