I got called unstable last night about this issue in a thread. It’s sad how people do not understand the truth of a neglected portion of medical field. As I stated earlier I’m good. I have job. I’m seeing my students and trying like hell to keep them from imploding Some folks think all you need to do is call a helpline with mental health. That’s so laughable that I even have meetings with these clowns/cowards

You know that y'all should be getting full reimbursement from virtually every insurance now for telemedicine and my understanding phone calls to. I did throw mental health in with my rant. Hell, it's needed more now than ever. Difficult with school contracts and such, but even the leviathan that runs our state whose name or initials I shall not say, has made revisions for mental health. it's in an addendum way at the bottom where they address waivers for telemedicine during this crisis.

That M word is paying 60% on Tele and 100 on face to face services. We heard that Optum workers all quit so no assessments from them to get them into PASSE

I’m not sure what’s true or not. I don’t trust certain persons that head certain “not for profit” organizations

I’m just hoping the kids adults get whatever medical help they need

Not going to happen by that date. There is something much bigger in the works. I don't know what it is but it is not the virus and Q is not going to save us. We need to save us.

I'll try to remember the M word regarding mental health. The B word was the one I was dealing with. Apparently, I struck some chords because it was amended shortly after a teleconference with them in my parking lot so my pt's wouldn't hear me cussing. Not that they would expect anything else, but we see a lot of kids too.

I think I was supposed to be scared and cower...not that I was threatened. They were very nice. But the fact my post was deleted for no apparent reason and I know for a fact my name was the number one topic of conversation at their Monday am meeting...It's a little creepy. But so far only good has come from it. I may die of the 'Rona soon, but I can assure everyone...I AM NOT SUICIDAL...this is Arkansas, have to specify just in case.

I don't either and you shouldn't. But we get silenced in short order when we do speak out. And if we persist, we get their lawyers calling. It can be a mutually beneficial relationship. But forever, it's always been how they and another large corporate hospital non-profit system fricks the rest of us as they gain money, power and influence.
