As I said, the State could charge aggravated murder should they want to do so. They did so in the charging document for precisely the reasons I gave in the thread.

I really don't understand how their could be any conspiracy theorist birds out on this one? It's crazy, they got video, pictures, and DNA evidence and confessions in text messages. It's like a slam dunk, a lawyer's dream case.
He won't even get a plea deal for talking or pleading guilty, it's such an open and shut case. He's getting the death penalty for sure unless maybe the widow steps in and pleads for mercy, which I doubt.

After reading those text messages, my theory is the trans boyfriend put Tyler up to this and the text messages are a CYA after the fact. The trans boyfriend was the alpha in this relationship and Tyler did it like a cat brings his master a bird

I agree with this 100%, before the texts were even released, he's in it up to his neck when he changed his name on whatever that chat board or whatever it was I knew he was in on it, Robinson was just the right guy a weak minded patsy they could use to do their dirty work, they probably thought he would kill himself so the heat was not on them
