You haven’t said anything. If you have an accusation, make it. If you are accusing a crime, list its elements and the actions taken (and by whom) that meet those elements.

Thank you JT. Tex can’t ever seem to articulate exactly what he is accusing. So, the self-dealing....I am aware of self-dealing when it comes to private foundations (I’m also aware of the exceptions). I am not aware of other codified self-dealing statutes. Which does this violate?

I was just using it as a generic catch all term for enriching yourself from your own non profit. I'm sure the $40 mil is easily accounted for and everything was on the up and up,
But you're the tax lawyer. Maybe you could explain what the potential legal pitfalls would be if these ridiculous hypotheticals were to have occurred.
