Yeah, I see there a compassionate side. But in the private sector, companies ax people all the time, could be to outsource to Indians with dots, or just a way to make the company run better. It’s not always fair, and good people get let go sometimes. You move on, if you have worth or value. It happens in both bad and good economies. EXCEPT IN THE GOVERNMENT. They never get downsized or carved up to run efficiently and effectively. So now is no time to coddle these folks. Get your sh!T together or go somewhere else.
