Again, this guy was standing there taking a video with his phone. That is it. An ICE agent walks 20 yards over to this guy, and starts pepper-spraying this guy and a lady next to him. That is what started everything.
Everyone defending this is either stupid beyond belief or so awash in bias that there is no helping you.

That is the narrative they want you to think. That he was only filming. BS. The guy has now been found to have been in an altercation with ICE the week before. There is video that shows him on the opposite side of the street where ICE was and in the middle of the street. You can hear whistles going off constantly. Which means these people were agitators that were following ICE around and interfering with their operations. Which according to 18 USC 111 is a federal felony. So now he is armed in the commission of a felony which is another felony.

Its not a lie. Apparently, you haven't watched all the videos because where the incident happened is not where it started. Alex was on the sidewalk on the other side of the street when it started. All you have to do is listen in the video to all the whistles. If you want to get technical about it, blowing those whistles is committing 2 felonies. 18 USC 1324 helping an illegal evade capture and 18 USC 111 interfering with a federal law enforcement operation. What they should do is start arresting and charging all of them and I will bet money Alex was a part of the signal chat.
