Have some guy pretend to be against it and file a suit against the administration with a favorable judge who will rule it a lawful.
Do this before the liberals do it with a leftist judge.

I said this early on.
Get it in the 5th circuit, sue saying he doesn't have the power, they will rule he does, and it would be on record.
Then head straight to the SC. It's really a slam dunk plan.

I believe that when the 9th says "you don't have the same authority as past Presidents " he should reply with "we are no longer recognizing the 9th circuit court has having the legal authority to tell the Executive branch what they may or may not do. Full wall ahead."
