I believe Trump used the words very, very rich. Which for Trump means K Street, The chamber of commerce, The business roundtable, The Rothschilds, Pritzker types. Pharma CEOs, all the people in and out of DC that may lose money from China for knocking China down a few notches.

Tillerson - maybe OK, but no experience
Sessions - experience as U.S. Attorney in the 1990's;
DeVos- no experience if donating to Republicans is not a qualification;
Zinke - no experience; his signature act was awarding a $300 million contract to fix the power in Puerto Rico to a large Trump campaign contributor which turned out a be a disaster;
Mnuchin - his movie producer experience could have swung the nomionation in his favor;
