If you believe taxes and tariffs are the same and will have the same effect, you are the only one who looks stupid. You looked stupid during the first Trump admin, and you look even dumber now because we all saw how well this worked during his first term and none of us have any reason to believe it won't work again. Your entire position on this is tied to your own short term gain personally, and has nothing to do with the betterment or long-term viability of the country in any way.

Tariffs ore OBJECTIVELY taxes, Gomer. Its in the definition.
