When you tie your presidency to the performance of the stock market, then say something dumb that would clearly ding it...this is what you get.

Which is why there is no way in hell that Pelosi accepts any Trump offer. They will not allow it no matter what. They won't even present Trump with anything that they think he may agree to. If he did accept a ridiculous offer, Pelosi would then renege.
They are pointing the finger at Trump right now. He knows that they will not accept any counter offer. He just wants to point the finger back at them.
