All of those articles were about his greatness as a speaker due to technique and cadence. None of them even mentioned improvisation.
The Guardian article in fact focused heavily on his planning and preparation

edit: funny how i also mentioned Reagan and no one here is freaking out over that one, its just the half-black atheist liberal they have an issue with.

which is why presidents like Reagan and Obama stand out, because they could give speeches like this on the fly, with no prep.
Who are you trying to fool with this comment?

Obama is a very good speaker but he is not what you are hyping him up to be at all. He isn't the best on the fly at all.
But continue to circle jerk over the Obama years

No.The one which has contributed to the increased funding.
Trump is the one who is quoted as saying he didn't know much about NATO.(Great quote by a presidential candidate) It's obvious he was right with all that flipping and flopping since then.
But hey! Trumpkins do what Trumpkins do.

"Uh... honey"
[serious, determined emphasis on 'honey']
[dramatic pause]
"I was wondering if you would like to go"
[rhythmic, emphatic syllables increasing in volume and pitch to a crescendo]
[dramatic pause]
"to uhhh..."
[drawn out 'uhh' to build anticipation, almost pleading]
[dramatic pause]
"to Chili's"
["Chili's" spoken with a consciously exaggerated blaccent for some reason]
[dramatic pause]
"for, uh, dinner tonight"
[lightheartedly smiles, meekly shrug shoulders]
And that makes him a great speaker

Please don't put Obama in the same sentence as Reagan in regards to speeches.
Obama could deliver a written speech very well, but off prompter and no prep, he was not very smooth at all. Please don't do that again.

Great speech. A lot will hate it because it came from trump's mouth, but they will basically have to take the position of being anti-west to disagree with any of it.
It sure as hell beat having to listen to Obama pontificate about himself for an hour.
