It was not always this way.

They've oversaturated their product. The main problem is Joe Biden provides far funnier material, and they just ignore it.

Why is there no Conservative late night comedy show making fun of Biden?
Because Conservatives aren't funny ;)
I'm kidding, of course. The problem is more complicated than people want to address, but there are a few factors:
1. Comedians used to be pretty neutral regarding politics - at least in who they made fun of. Conan was a good example of this in that no one was "safe". Clinton, Bush (both of them), etc. all got teased.
2. Trump is an easy target. He has unusual speaking mannerisms (making him easy to imitate), has physical features that are distinct (orange skin, hair style) while Biden is more... well, bland in voice and appearance. If Presidents were equated with food, Biden would be plain white bread.
3. There is a PERCEPTION (not specifically a reality, but a perception) that there is a much larger "center-Left" than there is a "center-Right". It may feel like they're pandering to the entire Left, but they're really pandering to the center... which is getting the perspective, more and more, of there not being enough of the Right near the Center to worth marketing to.
That being said, I think there are some right-leaning people that would make great late night hosts. The first person that comes to mind is Tim Allen. He's got a quick wit, good sense of humor, and his opening monologues (presuming he wouldn't get burnt out by the volume of jokes he'd need to write for a Mon-Fri show) would be top notch.
But, back to your point, Trump is just easy to make fun of. Biden is, frankly, boring. There's just not a lot there to start the joke portion on before leading into the political side of it. Trump you can start off with a bad impression, or what not, before leading into the more political commentary.
It doesn't help that politics have gotten more and more polarizing over the past few years. There aren't a lot of political jokes you can make without coming across against one side or the other.
I agree, though. I miss the Craig Fergusons and Conan O'Briens of the late night world. The folks that were just funny without the politics, or political figures being made fun of had nothing to do with policies or economics and were 10000% on their speaking mannerisms or personality traits (W. coming across as a bit of a meat head, Clinton obsessed with sex, Bush Sr. a bit of a fuddy-duddy, Obama's speaking style...)

Not sure I agree with this at all. He kind of reminds me of Ford but even more absent minded and honestly significantly more pronounced those type of issues than Ford. Remember Chevy Chase and the Ford bits. I've seen youtube bits on Biden's cognitive issues that are hilarious.

Today it's a fifth of the main page, yesterday it was a quarter, some days a third of the M/TV menu is bitching about wokeness, libs, whatever the algorithm they've unwittingly fed has fed them back.
Right. I just don’t get it. OP says he doesn’t even like these shows but watches them every so often just to see if they are talking about Trump.
So he watches a show he doesn’t like just to find out if they are making jokes he doesn’t like. To what end? Just to come here and bitch? All the while he complains they are preoccupied with a specific topic. What a world.
