Especially Considering his open failure to withdraw the US from Syria after making a public announcement that US troops were coming home . Now he's back tracked & believes the US should remain in the " mess" in Syria. He's So decisive.
And his desperate negotiations with the Taliban to finally get US tropps out of Afghanistan.
He of all people should know exiting isn't easy.
