If you are not a citizen of the US, you will be immediately arrested and deported if you vote any Federal election in the United States.
Have a picture of someone in handcuffs, with a bag over their head, being lead away by ICE.

If you can not speak English, you can not vote. Some would love to be arrested for the 3 hots and a cot.
US jails are far better than the conditions they come from.
