Not sure yet. We were ranching/homesteading in Montana, but we're nomads right now and we're paying someone else to take care of the property. I told you we were donating everything to veterans and dogs. We're hoping this will fit into that someday as a retreat/rescue.
Part of me also just wants to sell everything and disappear into the mountains, never to be heard from again. If I stop posting here, you'll know that's what we decided to do.

Don’t even care about profit. Some land in the Texas hill country is good for Tempranillo. The expensive part is in California. We got a small. I mean very small vineyard out there. Just trying to park some deductions.
