re: Trey Gowdy says there’s transcripts of FBI spying on Papadopoulos

Not to gum up the works too much, but if I am an attorney representing Papa and he has been charged, I am entitled to all of the information related to the investigation... which would include all the "spying" and the recordings.

Why was that not uncovered? I would be screaming bloody murder and raising cane about the entire process before my client spent a day in jail.

Sorry, this does not pass the smell test unless it was withheld. If so, my lawyer would be clamoring for all the info to the fed judge about withholding.
