Had this happen to me. State boy pulled me over 2:30AM and said I almost hit 2 other cars crossing the road. I was stone cold sober. There was nobody there.
Pulls me over says he can smell the alcohol and makes me do a field sobriety test on the side of the road which is sloped and loose gravel. I slip one time standing there and told me he was taking me in and to call somebody to get my truck. Fortunately, my dad was friends with his boss and I had his number. If not, I wouldn't have been as lucky.

Police officers are high school graduates. Their level of education allows them to be qualified to work at places like WalMart or Lowe’s, yet we have them run around an obstacle course for 6 weeks and then they get to go enforce the laws written by lawyers and politicians.

Not all police are like this, but the ones that are is the reason qualified immunity should end.
