No he isn't. This stuff is in the hands of the military. Remember, Trump ordered it declassified. Hegseth said they were working on coming into compliance with the order and then people started dying. And we still haven't seen anything.
I assume Hegseth will comply, but Congress is not in the loop on this stuff at all
