Cartels will survive any losses whatsoever. Means zero.
It is a crop. They grow it. Will grow back and they pay low labor costs too.
Border is wide the frick open and we are going to lose that battle.
I wonder what resources could have been used elsewhere instead of fighting one of our phony wars (this case WaR ON DrUGs)
