Good idea.
And make sure it goes to the people who actually paid takes. Not the people who got refunds based on EITC. The key word is TAXPAYERS. If you already got a refund, you should not get another one.

If $5k won’t do anything for me, clearly $100k won’t do anything for the feds. So I should just not pay taxes and we’ll call it square.
