How about this…if protesters are hired and paid, they should have to follow Fair Labor and Standards and should be classified as a waged employee and receive W-2’s and be taxed as employees?
If they have 40+ hour protestors, they should be required to provide health insurance and other cafeteria employment benefits.
Also, classifying protestors as employees makes the employer financially liable for their employees’ actions.
