Yes, it was real 9 years ago. I still believe that’s what they want.

They'll eventually get it, and people will cheer for it.
Not because it's good, but because they are ignorant. We saw what people will do with the right stimulus in 2020.
The only prevention is a limited government that never comes close to having the power. Otherwise, we keep marching in that direction.

Mark Carney is one the leading Globalist(WEF). Pushing climate change and central digital currency, everything that falls under the one world government bullshite.
Which is why Canada is pushing so hard against Trump.

Banking and official careerCarney spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs (London, Tokyo, New York, Toronto), then moved into public finance:Deputy Governor, Bank of Canada (2003–04)
Senior Associate Deputy Minister of Finance, Canada (2004–08)
Governor, Bank of Canada (2008–13)
Chair, Financial Stability Board (2011–18)
Governor, Bank of England (2013–20) — first non-Briton in the Bank’s history
At the Bank of Canada he was in office for the 2008 crisis and is widely credited with an early rate-cut and liquidity response that helped Canada recover faster than many peers. At the FSB he helped coordinate post-crisis bank capital, liquidity, and “too big to fail” rules across G20 jurisdictions. At the Bank of England he handled the aftermath of the financial crisis, Brexit, and the start of COVID, and pushed more public “forward guidance.”

Those jobs are inherently international. Central-bank governors, FSB chairs, and BIS committee chairs spend their time coordinating with the Fed, ECB, IMF, and other regulators. That is the core of what people mean by “globalist banking history”: not a secret cabal, but the actual architecture of post-Bretton Woods finance. After leaving Threadneedle Street he became UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance, co-chair of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), and took senior roles at Brookfield (impact/transition investing) and on various boards. He had earlier championed the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the idea that climate risk is financial-stability risk — the “tragedy of the horizon” argument from his 2015 Lloyd’s speech
