These are not US laboratories. They are Ukrainian. They receive some US funding as well as funding from other countries all over the world. That is very typical. Most scientific research facilities have an international staff.

It just seems so idiotic; producing biological weapons at 25 separate sites with Russia threatening Ukraine for nearly a decade just boggles the mind.
what does the last 10 years of conceiving/designing/running a Ukranian coup and hiding the fact that that is what theu did say about the US government?

Its boggling to anyone that is thinking critically. Propaganda is coming from both sides but I find it bizarre that some of you seem to be eating up Russian propaganda as if they are the vanguard of truth in the world right now.
