Like Rush said “always follow the money “. The war between Capitalism and Socialism is based on who gets the money, how much and why. Socialists have played the divide and conquer strategic race card and now feelings/passions are red lining and it’s moving towards open race-based warfare. Urban areas mostly so.

Blacks by far genetically, physically outperform Whites in the Sports business and Whites significantly outperform Blacks in many other job market businesses. Racial-based “Affirmative Action “ was a political policy designed to artificially mitigate the money earning ability in the business arena competition and “spread the wealth around “. As such it is race-based and to the detriment of Whites, and it may go the way of the Gerrymander in the Supreme Court.

The competition for money as personal power and relative affluence will always exist as long as Humans are different and have free will. Current DEI ideology is meant to take the whole competition dynamic off the Human survival and prosperity board for both moral and practical reasons, as AI-based high tech will bring massive changes and social instability/dysfunction to said traditional competition. Military especially as exponentially advancing weaponry - Bio at the fore- becomes Species suicidal and crazy fanatics acquire it. Think Trump’s Iran War as the current prime example.

Religion will ultimately trump economic concerns re the competition as Spirituality/Religion addresses the core basis for Moral and practical superiority principle and actions. Personal and Collective. Such a Belief-based Paradigm therein determines or even ends said competition for personal power, with the ‘Heavenly Realm’ becoming the ultimate end goal for human personal survival and prosperity.
