They are master manipulators that have rigged the game with built in excuses for it to fail at their enrichment.

And you can call Trump a dictator until you're blue in the face. It is falling on deaf ears. If these foreign countries want to enter into a mutually beneficial agreement, he's willing to talk. He's not willing to let America be the world's piggy bank without anything in return any longer.
