Long story short version about Desantis voters...they dont think the deep state will let Trump win so they feel that going with the deep state sanctioned Bush puppet at least gets your team's tie color in the white house.

I don’t blame DeSantis’ supporters for advocating for their guy. But it’s kind of tone deaf. His campaign was DOA.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Trump and DeSantis both are making a huge strategic mistake by campaigning against and attacking each other right now instead of campaigning against and attacking Biden. HE is the enemy of both of them. If Trump and DeSantis would constantly attack Biden with all of his screw ups and the damage he has inflicted on our country and our citizens, the polls and GE would reflect that winning strategy.
