If everyone drops their tariffs that would be great, but not likely. Trump will keep tariffs on countries that hurt us for sure, but he may drop them a bit. I meant globalist as in Europe's obsession of trying to globalize the world in their image. I am not saying we can't trade across the globe. We can't compete on everything, but we need to ensure that we are able to produce the things we need for security and if jobs come with that, it's great for the American worker.
