The pendulum is swinging back though. I know some black people that only talk to family members when they have to because they don't want to be associated with their section 8 hood rat lifestyle.

I’m 45 years old and I’ve only witnessed someone calling a black person an N to their face one time.. I heard the word a lot growing up but only in general conversation and not directed towards someone. These days I can’t say that I ever hear it but strangely enough the last few times I have it’s always been white females dropping it.
