Good point.

No. No it’s not.

Just like pharmacist shouldn’t assume the medication they’re giving out will lead to ODs. That grocery store clerks shouldn’t assume the beer they sell will kill someone in a drunk driving accident. Walmart manager selling a crockpot will be used to make a bomb. Etc

What kinda bullshite is this?

Or used by law abiding citizens to protect themselves from the thousands of illegal guns run in from Mexico.

How many times have you had to protect yourself or your family from illegals?
The majority of you so called pro gun people wouldn't burst a grape, or would have to be committed after you did

due to my job, a man was allowed to kill another person

due to the job of the gun shop, a man was allowed to kill another person

both involve constitutional rights. you want to limit one. why not the other?

I noticed the lady boy refused to answer you question. It's a valid point, so he'll ignore it because it can't be answered with an emotional response.

Doubt that highly, majority of the pro-gun crowd would stop a would be assailant from doing harm with the quickness. Why? Because majority of the pro-gun crowd has been shooting their entire lives and know that a gun is a tool. It can be used for good or bad.

The owners of the small business, located in a strip mall near the school, said they ensured that Cruz had filled out all of the required paperwork which included his driver’s license and assurances that he did not suffer from mental illness.

Picture perfect example of how state regulations are totally ineffective, even to the point of being harmful. These store owners did everything by the book by completely a completely retarded "background check" that will rarely if ever stop a single person from killing someone with a gun. If this gun store were forced to abide by community norms and market forces, it's likely that they voluntarily screen more thoroughly and don't sell to customers with poor reputation in the community /region, because doing so might result in losing the confidence of their community (permanently) . Turns out, the market works even in the face of statist idiocy. The market is probably even more strict than the state in most cases.

Why do y'all respond to Toddy? You know he's just here to dangle shiny hooks in front of you. He gets off on this.
If you want to get his goat, tell him, "bless your heart," pat him on the head, and move on to the next thread.

Well, cars aren't sold for the purpose of killing things so I don't understand the comparison.

I've owned a gun for nearly 30 years. Never have killed any living thing with it. So far, have only used it on targets. Hopefully, that never has to change...

They're scared of the tolerant left.

They are scared of the BIG dick the ATF is going to break off in their arse after they go through every single gun transaction they have ever made. They will throw the book at them for a misplaced number or a box not being checked.

I own an FFL and it worries me often what they will find once they come do their first audit on me. I know a guy that spent a day at the ATF office because he is a little dyslexic and turned some numbers around. They treated him like he stole government secrets.

Sometimes, you realize that folks need attention on the internet that they can't get away from it. It's my good deed for the day.

I do.

They fricked up...sold their murder weapon to a person who put it to use as the manufacturer's meant. I hope their guilt last a long long time because 17 innocent people died directly due to their chosen profession.
