They won’t do anything, but if they wanted to, here’s how you do it:

1) get those tapes

2) subpoena whoever is on those tapes to a hearing.

3) ask them “did you say xyz”

4a) if they admit it, be outraged, we got what we wanted from the hearing.

4b) if they deny it, blow em up, and now you have an actual crime to build the outrage around.

If you can’t get the tapes, none of that works.
