I'm black as night, come from a bad family in the projects, and I have 2 PHDs in different STEM fields.

Being on the right end of the bell curve doesn't disprove the curve's existence.
Yao Ming is 7' 6". Asian men are shortest on average.

I was complimenting you. If you have two STEM PhDs, you're likely in the upper tail of the distribution, maybe 90-95% percentile of IQ.

I've only had 1 IQ test and the number varies by test, or so I'm told. Regardless - I don't flaunt my degrees or abilities, but try to use them for good.

Race and IQ neither matters both are irrelevant - even though there are definite trends / statistics.
The majority of violent crime is committed by repeat offenders.
Bring back the 3 strikes rule and incarcerate the repeat offenders to protect the rest of society.
Regardless of the statistics re demographics of the incarcerated, let those chips fall where they may - they have no bearing on the offenses committed by the individual criminals.
It’s the attempts to provide equity by being soft on crime that put us all at risk.
Black on black crime is even higher than any other category.
We all deserve to be safe in our pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness regardless of our backgrounds.

Because my personal first hand experience and studies show that culture significantly influences IQ scores.
The IQ score is not a measure of a person's genetic potential but depict the achievement of an individual.
Genetics arguably is 65% of the equation but expression of genetics depends on a complex relationship with the environment and the interaction of the environment and the genetics.
