If a system consistently produces a specific outcome, the purpose of that system is to produce that outcome. This applies to, but not limited to,
Border security,
DEI,
The FBI, CIA, and other bureaucracies,
Feminism,
Universities,
and The Republican Party.

The true purpose of many of our systems was hidden early on. Apparently the true purpose of NASA is Muslim outreach. They were just messing with us when they sent rockets into space.
