You're not looking hard enough. Ask for tips from a college "student"...or a high schooler. Soon you can ask for advise from anyone attending pre school.

We are 3 pages in. I don’t think any one has shared an experience where they felt discriminated against. Hmmm.

Ever been in business for yourself? I am. Ever lose business because you were white? I have(many times). Ive been in the spill business and have been told to leave the job because a minority owned company was replacing us. It happened on two big spills: The ACL barge spill in Mississippi River in 2007 and BP in 2010. It also happened on a smaller spill in 2008 at Freeport Sulphur.
I was also in the Dump Truck business. I was told to take my trucks off a job in Lake Charles because the black man running the job found out that a white guy owned the three trucks he was working at the Sasol refinery. It also didnt help that I refused to pay him 100.00 per day per truck cash to stay on the job. You want a name? Business name?

I wasn’t really trying to single you out. You were just the last guy that posted so I replied to your post.
I don’t think you are lying. You are the first person to offer a specific experience of feeling discriminated against on this thread. I find that odd considering the OP’s claim.

Some of it was political
Some of it was due to government incentives
some of it was due to straight racism
But the end result is still the same.
Altogether I say I lost out on 3-4 million worth of work that was due to no fault of mine, my only fault was being white on the job.
