A lot have moved in over the last decade or so because Madison and their liberal white guilt and NGOs have lured them here by giving them free shite... especially housing etc. Same goes for homeless. A bunch of inner city blacks form Milwaukee and Chicago have moved here, and homeless people from those areas have come here too.
The liberals in Madison are 10x worse than what I saw even in California.

he has his job for exactly these reasons.
to assume he was intimidated you have to assume he supports his officers and is afraid to step up and speak up. If you watch the video he started mumbling and as soon as Mr megaphone piped up he STOPPED talking, started bowing his head and nodding and taking a subservient position. He knew, expected and wanted that interruption.

the videos from Madison this weekend are priceless.
the "real" radicals are now shutting down streets and shouting down and intimidating all the "white liberals" venturing out to eat or going to events in Madison.
The "white liberals" stand around looking guilty and subservient. Some of them try to "clap" or explain they are "down for the struggle" only to be screamed at. Their looks of complete disbelief that the "real" radicals don't seem to understand that "they" are on their side, is priceless.
