It wasn't only Biden making that claim. I believe shortly after the COVID19 MRNA juice was approved for the public Fauci and other so called infectious disease experts made the claim you were not only protected from contracting COVID19 but you also would not spread COVID19. They continued with that claim even after hundreds of thousands of breakthrough cases had been reported. I believe it was late summer to the early fall of 2021 the experts had to pivot and claim the MRNA juice would lessen the chance of severe illness and death from COVID19.

Client chemical engineer near retirement has had the double jab plus every booster since then, due company policies. Also company policies are testing if exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid and quarantine if he tests positive.
He has tested positive numerous times but never felt the least bit sick at all. Due he retires in a little over a month, he is no longer getting the booster.
Funny part is that when he has tested positive, he was traveling to one of their plants so had to quarantine in a hotel room at company expense.

Spot on. And then in Sept. '21 they outright changed the definition of vaccine with the key word of prevent being modified to protect. Happened overnight on the CDC and NIH website with zero data backup why the change was made. This is also the month when Biden introduced that OSHA and CMS unilateral mandates were coming.
