"The Brown Challenge " in Spain this summer

Apparently it's become a thing in Spain to poop in the public swimming pools requiring immediate shut down, draining, disinfecting and refill for up to 48 hours out of service. Middle of the afternoon every one is told to get out, pool closed. This has happened to 300 public swimming pools in Spain this summer. Folks are wondering if this is a response to "Open Borders"

But won't mention if this is a protest by real Spainards to draw attention to the brown invasion..........or if this is the immigrants from Africa that poop everywhere in public.
