re: Texas Businesses Maintaining Mask Mandate

I stopped wearing masks the other day if I get asked to wear one in a business I will but I'm over the shite. They cannot force you to wear one but they do have the right to ask you to leave. I've seen this come into play at a five guys and walgreens. Customer refused to put mask on and there was nothing they could do other than refuse to serve or sell, which they didn't in either case.
