This is what Trump should do.
1. Veto and ask for a short term CR. 1-2 weeks.
2. Declare a national emergency.
3. Say we couldn’t come to an agreement and sign a long term CR.
Accomplishes two goals:
1. Wall gets built.
2. Poison pills are avoided.
