Almost all the zero COVID nations botched vaccination, which is incredible.
Their plan of being islands sorta worked, and would have "worked" (this gets obviously subjective) if they had done the vaccine ordering right. They'd be done with it by now.
Australia botched their ordering as well for example. Japan is slow AF and late starting as well.

This bug has done exactly what it wanted to when it wanted. Few things have better illustrated the hubris of man more than the musings and public health policies of "experts" on virus containment.
They put all the solutions in place by early fall and the damn thing broke out in Dec Jan.
We were off 25+% from peak before 1% of the US population was vaccinated.
It came. It went. We ran around doing a bunch of shite that probably didn't matter too much, but by God, it was all worth it.
