It's sorta like weather forecasters proclaiming every hurricane that pops up a mass killer storm. It's always a worst case scenario because quite frankly they'd be much less important without the fear they create leading right back to them for how to save yourself from certain death. And it's probably a little bit fun for them too....it's their time to shine. Incidentally, that's caused the phenomenon wherein folks are reluctant to heed their warnings when in fact there are and will be times when they should. But fool me once.....
