Perfect, I would agree but I read an article recently that I should have realized but didnt think about. Congress approved the last tranche the end of last year and then Blinken stuck us with a 50 billion loan against the Russian assets.
From there the "grocery list" is decided and then negotiations with defense contractors, then production. Some of our weapons will continue to flow to ukraine into 2027 because of this.
Trump could try and stop it but Im sure it would end up in court and this time legally, without any lawfare, he would lose. Congress approved it (well except that shatty loan shenanigans by blinken).
