Correct. But then the head of the charity created a fake shell company and paid that company (which was really himself) for phony services invoiced. It was some stupid, shady stuff. He should’ve just taken a salary.
I haven’t seen any evidence that Bannon participated in that scheme. I would assume that if that evidence existed, we would have it in graph form.
