Its a nomination (allegedly), which simply means that a political leader submitted her name to the Peace Prize Committee. Whether the committee actually includes her as a nominee for consideration will not be disclosed for 50 years.
If she actually won the award, then it would be further watered down. Having some politician submit your name to the committee doesn't mean very much.
