Some Dem-appointed federal judges can follow the law: Rep. McIver prosecution allowed

Rep. McIver (D-NJ) was charged for her assaulting (caught on camera) and impeding federal officers at an ICE facility. She asserted that Trump's DOJ was selectively prosecuting here. She also claimed she had immunity against prosecution because she was performing her Congressional duties.
The black, Obama-appointed federal trial judge denied McIver's defenses. The 3rd Circuit Court (1 Trump appointee, 1 Biden appointee) affirmed the decision. The prosecution against her can proceed.

I want to see the rat bastards from the Bureaucratic State agencies who attempted to oust a duly elected president through sedition, subversion and treason........there are dozens who should have already been tried, convicted and incarcerated.

I would love to see that as well, plus J6 Fedsurrection and Seth Rich convictions.
Here's the thing: judges can only rule on prosecutions brought before them. Who is responsible for not prosecuting anybody for sedition, subversion and treason?

I guess what you're really asking is why does the Democratic Socialist agenda creep forward regardless of which party is in control of the presidency and Congress?
