Oh, come on. You are the typical example of what used to be called a "bleeding heart liberal." I'm not suggesting that you should be ashamed of that. Quite to the contrary, you should own who/what you are.
But you said 2 things recently. One thing was, "People think I'm a Progressive." 4C, if you aren't a "Progressive"* then there's no such thing as a Progressive. You take the Left/Far Left view on practically everything.
The second thing you said was "Nobody here knows me." YOU HAVE 60K POSTS ON THIS BOARD. WE KNOW YOU.
I'm not even bashing you. I'm just saying that you should own who you are. You aren't fooling anybody.
* I personally don't care for the term "Progressive" because it's a misnomer. Imo, there's nothing about the Left that speaks to progress. They only came up with that term because the term "liberal" had basically fallen into the abyss of unpopularity. Although, I give the Left credit for switching to "Progressive" even though it doesn't fit them. It does sound good.

Not even sure what that is supposed to mean? I certainly don't live on here. In fact, lately I've been thinking about not coming here. The sheer idiocy from approximately 30% of this board has really grown old.

I actually said "I'm told I'm a Progressive here constantly."
I don't label myself politically at all. I'm just an American with ideas like everyone else.

I wasn't talking about whether you've met anybody from here. Again, after 60K posts you have a definite profile regarding your political views.
