We are on a different planet. Muellers own report says that IF Trumpnhad fired Mueller (which he did not) it MAY have impeded grand jury proceedings. The report did not find that and could not find that...as the requisite firing never occurred. So we will never know if it would have impeded the grand jury. That is required for obstruction.

Another element of obstruction is “corrupt intent”. I’m guessing you are ignorant to that fact. According to the very same testimony you rely on to prove obstruction, Trump’s motivation to fire Mueller was because of Mueller’s conflicts. Not to impede a grand jury. If you take the testimony on it’s face to prove attempt to remove mueller, you must also take it on its face as to the intent. You fail on two elements of the crime. Yet you claim it is definite obstruction? where did you get your legal education?
