You sound very nice and are probably in the running for knuckle dragging dad of the year award.

I’ve seen normal everyday kids go to college and within a year come home with blue hair, tattoos all over them with shite piercings all in their face, fricking ruined. It’s not happening to my kid. If you don’t like it, I don’t give a shite. The left ain’t ruining my kid

So why was he let go?

What people conveniently forget is that he sucked before he became politically outspoken. He lost his job before he became politically outspoken. He’s had tryouts and teams look at him since he became politically outspoken and all have passed (because he sucks).

The notion that things are hard on him because the NFL won’t abide a black man taking a stand is the most disgusting display of self-pity-party ever. And the fact that Nike and others have embraced this (ignoring facts) is equally disgusting.

Kap didn’t “lose everything” bc he knelt. He knelt bc he sucked so bad he needed a way to stay relevant. And the yards are giving it to him on a silver platter.

No? Sounds like you're doing a really great job of doing that.

So why was he let go? It couldn't have been for image reasons, Nike is doing so well. Maybe he was a bad player and couldn't cut it?

It was for both. His talent did not exceed his problems. He has a career average of 177 yards passing per game. That is fricking terrible. He was not good enough to protest a false narrative in his uniform at his job. Aaron Rodgers could take a knee in support of ISIS and if he was released, 31 other teams would try and sign him.

So he didnt "sacrifice everything"

Forget "sacrificing everything". He literally did not sacrifice anything.

He was already a millionaire, he already achieved his goal of playing in the NFL, he was an average QB who was about to be unemployed, and he picked up a few massive endorsements after his kneeling as well as broad exposure and name recognition he did not have before.

Explain to me what exactly he sacrificed? Anyone? Anything at all?

I would be willing to bet you have personally never seen this. Not even once.

A college kid with died hair OR a piercing OR a tattoo? Sure.

An otherwise completely normal kid in a year getting covered in tattoos, facial piercings, and died hair suddenly? No way.

If you are a good parent you instill values and lessons and a solid core in your child. Naturally they will rebel and test the limits and lessons you taught them. If you were a good parent, they will see after their own experiments that you were right.

Let them make mistakes. Life is not judged on the mistakes you make but the lessons you learn from those mistakes.

Still, you have to protect them while they are young. I don’t let my kid get into situations that can lead to negative consequences. Once he becomes an adult, I have little say but for now, I keep him away from any negative influences and liberals are negative influences

It's not today. The stock has been breaking all time highs since July.
